Adip started his program because he wanted to improve his golf game and cope with his health issues by getting regular exercise. He started training at home with just a pair of dumbbells, but he made sure that he stuck with his program to the tee.

He started seeing noticeable changes in his body composition in just four weeks, and he soon became addicted to training. Four months down the line, he lost 10kg and added a good amount of muscle to his frame.

After having a child two years back, life was chaotic as every day is different when your child is growing up.

Signing up for the Alpha Coach program has helped me bring structure back into my life. Following a fitness regime fast became an anchor in my day and helped me become more aware of my activity throughout the day. Being fit is helping me a lot in my daily life as I can now match the energy level my growing son needs while also focusing on my own goals and life.

The Alpha Coach experience has given me my life back! Not only do I feel stronger physically, but I am also tougher mentally. I feel so much more confident about the way I look and I am absolutely comfortable in my body.

I’d say is, trust the process. It’s scientifically designed and gets the very best out of you. Like everyone else in Mumbai, I was living a stressful life. Even though I know my health and fitness are important, they always take a backseat because of work and other priorities. When the lockdown started, Ketan introduced me to the Alpha coach program.

It sounded like something I could easily manage to do from home during the lockdown, and the results have been phenomenal. I am down over 11kg and lost over 7 inches on my waist in four months.

My relationship with exercising and staying fit was an on-and-off one. I never found sustained motivation to exercise regularly and stay healthy. I started gaining unhealthy weight, losing stamina, and was in a really bad space with my body. But after being with Alpha Coach for four months, I am discovering a brand new me all over again. It’s truly awesome!

Sourabh works as a Manager with Apollo Tyres, and his work involves a lot of travel across the Middle East and African countries. With a hectic work schedule and dinner meetings with clients, he started putting on weight.

When he saw that the numbers on his blood work were off the charts, he decided to reduce his weight. He started his journey with Alpha Coach with short workouts from home and making small dietary changes. Despite not having a conducive environment to support his fitness journey, he stayed consistent with the weekly tasks assigned to him by his Coach. Vishnu struggled with his weight for months due to hectic and irregular work hours and his habit of regularly eating out. Being a Senior Engineer with BHEL, his job required him to be on his feet the whole day. He is also a motorcycling enthusiast who goes for long rides regularly. When he started having trouble standing for long hours and taking long rides on his motorcycle, Vishnu realized that his lower back was giving away due to his body weight and he decided to hop on a program with Alpha  Coach .

Sujith had tried multiple fitness programs before, from online programs to having a personal trainer. However, he always struggled to keep off the weight he lost. This time around, he approached his goals differently. Instead of getting on a diet template from day 1, Sujith started building sustainable healthy habits one habit at a time, week over week.

He started strength training at home with Alpha Coach using a few pairs of dumbbells. Once he started seeing results, he got addicted to the process. Over the next few months, he added a bench, a squat rack, barbell, and plates to his garage gym. In six months, he lost 15kg of body weight, grew stronger, and more importantly, he is keeping off the weight he lost.

These days, his neighbors call him the ‘Most Transformed Man of the Street’. Not only has he made fitness part of his lifestyle, but he is also inspiring others to follow his example. Abhay lives an action-packed professional life and has always enjoyed his weekends. He cooks, orders in, goes out, and loves to have a good time before returning to his busy routine come Monday.

But being on a journey of transformation was challenging. Abhay needed to be inspired and motivated every day to keep him on track with his habits and goals. Gaurav started with us during the lockdown as a 17-year-old boy, and in six short months, he transformed his mind, body, and spirit into an absolute machine.

He was overweight without much muscle build and just wanted to get started on his fitness journey. He adhered to the program diligently by following his coach's instruction and not overthinking it. The results, he says, is that he has taken charge of his life and changed his mental state to be an action-taker, just with the help of Alpha Coach.

He now does a 5K run in under 25 minutes and runs half and full marathons at will. He trains six days a week and is unstoppable. He truly believes that a transformation to his peak fitness level is possible because he is his own proof.

While training and controlling his nutrition during the lockdown was tough, he prioritized his fitness and health goals to have the drive to handle all his daily responsibilities.
